We're past the half way point of the year!
But what's really changed?
You're still dealing with the same pains that you were at the beginning of the year.
Your training is still suffering because you can't get into the movements you need.

Time to make a change!
Spend the next half of the year bettering yourself, not accepting your body feeling anything but the best.
You're meant to move and be pain free and accepting pain when we train is not normal. Neither is accepting pain or immobility just because we are getting older.
Change the mindset, get moving, get those pains addressed and make sure you win!
