Yesterday was a busy one helping lots of different issues.
Lower back discomfort
Shoulder issues
Forearm/hand nerve problems
More lower back stiffness
Neck and shoulder tightness
Sciatica
Lower body maintenance
Throw in a dog walk to keep me moving and a bit of my own maintenance and it's all round a productive day.
